Sirena Sosa is the President and Licensed Broker of The W Group International, a full service commercial real estate brokerage and development consulting firm based in California’s Central Valley. She was mentored within the long standing commercial real estate firm The Whitlatch Group, where she built her foundation in brokerage, development, and client advisory services before stepping into leadership of the company’s next chapter.

In 2025, Sosa became the first woman to own a commercial real estate brokerage firm in the region, marking a milestone in an industry historically led by men. Today, the group supports projects from early pre development strategy through brokerage, development consulting, and long term project execution while working closely with developers, engineers, architects, contractors, and public agencies.

Sosa also brings experience supporting public infrastructure and development projects, providing insight into how collaboration between public and private sectors can support long term regional growth.

Under her leadership, the group has expanded with offices in Visalia, Fresno, and Los Angeles.
